Terms of Service
Bonfida Signature Ltd · Company No. 14623005 · Last revised July 2026
In short: we are an operational business-services firm, not a bank or regulated financial institution. Engagements are agreed in writing with fees quoted upfront, and any question about a payment collected under the descriptor BONFIDA SIGNATURE is answered at [email protected].
01About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and, together with any written engagement letter, the services provided by Bonfida Signature Ltd (“Bonfida Signature”, “we”, “our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14623005, with our registered office at Flat 25 Thurso House, Randolph Gardens, London, United Kingdom, NW6 5EL.
By using this website or engaging our services you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.
02What we do — and what we are not
Bonfida Signature provides operational business services: receivables management and payment administration, vendor and supplier coordination, business process consulting, and document and records administration.
We are not a bank, a payment institution, an electronic money institution, or any other firm authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not hold client money on deposit, provide credit, or carry out any regulated financial activity. Our role in payment administration is operational and administrative: we prepare, track, and reconcile collections executed by properly authorised banks and payment partners.
03Engagements and fees
Each service engagement is defined in writing before work begins — scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. Fees are quoted upfront; we do not charge for work that has not been agreed. Unless otherwise stated in the engagement letter, invoices are payable within 14 days.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the engagement letter. On termination, you pay for work performed to date and we return your records in an orderly form.
04Payments collected by SEPA direct debit
Where payments are administered through SEPA direct debit, collections appear on bank statements under the descriptor BONFIDA SIGNATURE. Every collection is made under a mandate. If you see a charge under this descriptor that you do not recognise, contact our customer service at [email protected] with your name and client number — we will identify the transaction, and clarify or amend it as appropriate. You can also use the account lookup on this website.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in respect of direct debits, including your rights under your bank’s SEPA direct debit scheme rules.
05Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date
- Respond to reasonable requests for documents or clarification without undue delay
- Use this website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it
- Keep any credentials or client identifiers we issue to you confidential
06Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, design, graphics, and branding — belongs to Bonfida Signature Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use; any other reproduction requires our written permission. Materials we prepare for you under an engagement are yours once paid for, except our pre-existing methods and templates, which remain ours.
07Liability
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
08Website content

09Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its publication date. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.
10Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — although we would much rather resolve any concern directly. Write to us first at [email protected].
